1. 90 Day Refill Guarantee

We offer a complimentary 90-day refill guarantee for any followers, likes, views, or other services that drop after delivery. Since TikTok frequently updates its algorithm and removes inactive accounts, some fluctuations may occur. If you notice a decrease in the service you received, we’ll gladly refill it at no extra charge, as long as the request is made within 90 days of your purchase.

2. You're Refund Eligibility

We provide refunds under the following condition:

  1. Your order wasn’t delivered within the estimated timeframe due to an error or delay on our end.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact our support team within 30 days of placing the order and include your order ID along with a short explanation or proof of the issue.

3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Issued

Refunds will not be granted if any of the following apply:

  1. The TikTok username or video link you provided was incorrect or invalid.
  2. Your account was set to private, suspended, or banned during order processing.
  3. You used another third-party service alongside Tikster while we were processing your order.

These cases fall outside our control, and therefore we can’t issue refunds under these circumstances.

4. Order Cancellations

If your order hasn’t started processing yet, you’re welcome to cancel it and request a full refund. Once the service begins, however, it’s no longer eligible for cancellation. If you made a mistake or changed your mind, contact us right away, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but we reserve the right to decline cancellations once delivery has started.

Limitation of Liability:

Tikster is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from the use of our services. This includes but isn’t limited to loss of income, visibility, or account engagement.

TikTok Terms of Use:

You're responsible for making sure your actions follow TikTok’s terms of service. Tikster does not take responsibility for any restrictions or penalties TikTok may impose on your account as a result of using growth services.

Force Majeure Clause:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as server outages, law changes, natural disasters, or global events, Tikster is not held responsible for delays or interruptions in service.

Policy Updates:

We may update this refund policy without prior notice. The most recent version will always be posted on our website, and it’s your responsibility to review it periodically.
