Orders which have not been delivered within the first 30 days are eligible for a foll refund. You have to message our customer support through the contact form to request a refund. We do not offer returns if we have fully delivered the order.

1. Tikster is not affiliated with TikTok or any other social media platform. Furthermore, we are also not affiliated with any of their partners.
2. It is your sole responsibility to comply with the social media platform’s roles and any legislation that you are subject to. You use Tikster at your own risk.
3. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your account is banned for any reason.
4. We require your username/ link to obtain the information needed for the API. We do not store, give away, or otherwise distribute your username/ link to third parties.
5. The expected number of followers, likes, views, or any other service is not guaranteed to you in any way.
6. We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operability of the services.
7. It is the customers’ sole responsibility to ensure their accounts are set to "public" during their service use. Any downtime of service caused by a client changing their profile to "private" will not resolt in any payment reimbursement for that period.
8. Upon purchasing our service, you agree that you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudolent dispute via the payment processor.
9. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
